Empowering Rural India Through Science

Deen Dayal Agriculture University (DDAU) was established under the Haryana and Punjab Agricultural Universities Act of 1970. Born from a vision to make Haryana self-sufficient in food production, the institution has been at the heart of the Green Revolution.

What started as a modest experimental station has blossomed into a global hub for dry-land farming research and climate-resilient crop development.
